Boltaire Art: Ignus

So awhile ago I made a status update stating that some characters from the Boltaire Project had to be scrapped, namely Ignita, Roxanna and Brizone. I won't dwell on why but in the past week or so I've been working on one of the replacements, and this is Ignita's. He inherited her role, her high intellect and her plump shape but otherwise the two are practically polar opposites.

Pronunciation: Igh-Ness
Element: Fire
Allegiance: Father
Personality: Sweet & Humble, but sometimes Excitable or Anxious
Strengthes: His Intelligence & Quick Wit (unless under pressure)
Weaknesses: Pastries, Unstable Power and his own Anxiety

Description: A Creation of Father who wields powerful flames, though his power is rather unstable so he generally leaves himself out of the battlefield and assists as a Navigator for Father's Forces. He is a mentor to the younger children, and his intelligence has led him to be seen as one of the higher authorities among Father's Children. Despite his experience as support for his fellow comrades, Ignus has had problems of his own. He grieved over the loss of his mentor for years, with which he turned to pastries and other sweets to comfort him. In time he put on a lot of weight, and has since been put on a diet plan thanks to Vitasha and Noctus.

He's also a bit easy to excite or intimidate, mostly due to his soft nature. It doesn't get to him too badly while on Navigation duty but, when things start to heat up it leaves him feeling very anxious. Even when he's put out into the field himself he finds himself feeling inadequate compared to his comrades or adversaries, despite the fact he's actually rather strong for his size.
