EDIT: Changed the description cuz I felt, yeah, maybe I got carried away with my opinion on the matter.
Long story short, I wanted to create some new moves for Mario as as Smasher that reflects his gaming history. It's strictly my opinion and I highly doubt any of this will come to fruition (although, I'm sure most people will agree on the Final Smash), but hey, a guy can dream, can't he?
For now, I only focused on the Specials. I might do Standard and Smash Attacks later, but for now, Specials.
I won't say much anymore unless asked so, enjoy.

If Sakurai wanted to make FLUDD part of Mario's arsenal, they could've made mario's ENTIRE Special list be FLUDD. Up will be Rocket, Side will be Turbo, Neutral will be Spray, and Down will be "Refuel". It will make the next FLUDD move greater, the Rocket going higher, the turbo going Farther, and the Spray... spraying more.
